COVID-19 has been an ongoing, extensive problem with an insidious reach in terms of its effects on society. Likewise, it has impacted the Singaporean real estate market as it has in other countries. A changing office real estate landscape and a general consensus of wanting more space in their property have driven homebuyers to shift attention from the central to city fringe homes.
