Disclaimer: Data includes sales from 2021 to 2022. For premium calculation, properties with no other transactions prior in the time period of 2021 to 2022 are excluded for fairer comparison. Transactions in which that homeowner decided to remove the listing or not renew the exclusive deal are excluded from the data. Sale time is calculated from the signed exclusive to the exercised option date. Premium is calculated as the difference in sales price from the monthly average PSF (by block for HDB, by project for Condo). For months with no transactions, the monthly average PSF is calculated using linear interpolation. Landed properties are excluded from the premium calculations due to the lack of fair comparable units. Sales speed calculations include HDB, Condo, and Landed properties.

Alfred Cheong was the agent for the apartment we purchased this January.
