I was property hunting and came across a YouTube video featuring Mr Wayne Tang from PLB highlighting an apartment that drew my interest.Wayne had produced an excellent, informative and convincing video which gave me the impetus to view and to seriously consider a purchase. True enough, after a couple of viewings and in less than two weeks I was sold that the featured apartment is a worthwhile investment and Wayne closed the deal for the Seller in record time. Impressed by Wayne and Aaron on how they conducted the entire process. We took some time to confirm the engagement of their service in marketing our place but they remained professional throughout. The photos and videos of our place was done up nicely and they gave detailed instructions on the home staging process. Wayne came up with a good marketing plan, including handouts to the potential buyers for them to review when they are back home. The response was literally overwhelming: listing up on Tuesday, 25 viewings over that Saturday and Sunday. He is very prompt with all the updates and the offers coming in. We ended with multiple offers by Sunday and closed well beyond our listed price on Monday morning. One thing we are happy with is the way how Wayne sold our house without pushing us to take the offers, always open for discussion and keep coming up with strategies so we can match the timeline on our next property We can feel his sincerity and he definitely acted in our best interest 👍🏻 Highly recommended 👍🏻
