From the multiple case studies shared by her inspirational mom, she has since developed a deep interest in the real estate industry, hoping to help connect the right buyer & seller together. Previously one of the videographers in the PropertyLimBrothers media team for two years, she has learned how important it is to market a property in its fullest potential through visuals. We have had a great experience with PLB. Jollene and Alexa were assigned to market our parent's unit and they went the extra mile to understand their circumstances ( in terms of finances, the offer price they wanted and when their next unit will be available), not only that, they even extended their help beyond their duties whenever needed. Even when unforeseen circumstances arise during the process, they were right into and ahead of the problem taking care of every detail. We are impressed by their professionalism throughout the entire process. From the initial consultation to preparation, photo-taking and putting up ads, they would take time and patience to explain every details to the elderly and always keep us updated on the progress, more importantly, the unit was sold in the first day of viewing. They made the entire process a breeze.
